Work with our party planners for your birthday parties, football/alumni association watching parties, wedding receptions, group meetings and just getting together, we will be as flexible as we can to accomodate your needs!

Party Menu:
All per-head prices include a discounted $3.00 charge for swimming and volleyball (regularly $5.00 per person); deduct $3.00 if you will not be swimming or playing volleyball (or if it is not offered during colder months).

All packages include soft drinks and chips and salsa

Soup & Salad Bar: $10.00 per person - your choice of Bruno's homemade gumbo or tortilla soup with your choice of our caesar, club or "javi" salad.

Men Item Buffet: $13.00 per person - your choice of 5 items from the appetizer menu NOT including oysters, shrimp items or ceviche; with this package chips & salsa are considered 1 item and we can also supply fruit or vegetable trays and/or some other items which are not regularly available on our menu.

Taco Bar: $13.00 per person - ground beef & chicken, taco shells & tortillas and the fixins

Hamburger Bar: $15.00 per person - hamburgers, cheeseburgers, buns and all the condiments you need

Fajita Bar: $20.00 per person - steaming hot beef, chicken and shrimp with warm tortillas, grilled onions and peppers and all the fixins

Ribeye Dinner: $25.00 per person - Bruno's famous ribeye steaks grilled to perfection! Includes salad, rolls and 2 vegetables!

You can add Blackberry, Peach or Cherry cobbler to any package for an additional $2.00 per person
